Get ready for the LDF Online Showcase 2026
Our popular Online Showcase is happening again this year, so this means that you can be part of the LDF experience even if you cannot travel to London to visit or exhibit at our shows.
The Online Showcase will open at 11.00 BST (British Summer Time) on Friday 28th August & run until 17.00 BST on Thursday 3rd September. Access is FREE & you do not need to register.
We recommend you view the showcase from a computer, laptop or tablet, although it is possible to view on a mobile phone too. Here are a few instructions for viewing the showcase:
PLEASE NOTE: The showcase will not be accessible before to its opening at 11.00 on August 28th. Prior to this, the page will be locked with a Password. This password will be removed at 11am on Friday August 28th.
1: Once in the showcase you will find the gallery of exhibitors. Be aware that there are around 50 exhibitors taking part, so there is more than one page to view. Exhibitors are listed in alphabetical order. Scroll though the pages using the tool at the bottom of each page.
2: At the top of the gallery of exhibitors, there is a search facility which you can use to locate the craftsmen you need quickly, either searching by name, country, or by what it is you are looking for. Make sure you clear the all the search boxes before beginning a new search.
3: Click on the craftsman you want to view. You will now be taken through to their personal page of the showcase.
4: Each craftsman will have a gallery of photos, showing new work, or work that represents what they make. To view the photos in more detail, click on the image; you can then easily scroll through the enlarged pictures using the arrows to the left & right of the picture.
5: If you want to see more of their work, click on the SHOP button above the gallery of photos. This will take you through the the craftsman’s website or etsy shop.
6: Not every craftsman taking part in the Showcase will have an online shop or Etsy page. This means you will need to contact them directly by email or why not just give them a call! This is what makes the showcase so special, craftsmen who normally do not sell online are able to show their work.
7: If you are interested in purchasing items from the gallery, or just need to contact the maker with a question about a commission etc, use the buttons below the images to email or phone the craftsman directly. You can also find links here to their social media pages etc.
8: Below the images, you will also find more information on the craftsman & their work.
9: REMEMBER! Our exhibitors are based all around the world, so please think about time zones & when you are contacting them. They may be asleep, so be patient if they don’t reply immediately.
10: DON’T FORGET! We will be posting some more in depth articles about some of the makers taking part in the showcase on our NEWS page, so make sure you make time to read up on some of your favourite makers.
11: The showcase will be open 24/7 from 11.00 on August 28th until 17.00 on Sept 3rd. You can vist as many times as you like!
