Useful information about Kensington Town Hall

Access times for Venue:
Friday November 27th : 19.30 – 21.30
Saturday November 28th : 08.15 – 19.00
Sunday November 29th : 08.30 – 19.30

KDF Christmas Show opening times:
Saturday November 28th : 13.00 – 18.00.
LDF cardholders can enter the Festival from 12.00
BBH/PIP cardholders can enter from 12.30

Saturday November 29th : 10.30 – 16.30
Exhibitor Walkabout from 09.00
LDF cardholders & BBH/PIP cardholders can enter the Festival from 10.30

WIFI
There is Wifi available at the Town Hall. We will have details of how to access their wifi in your stallholders letter, which will be emailed to you 1 week before the show & there will be a copy on your table when you arrive. To gain access to stronger Wifi, you must send me your MAC address so I can register your device by November 10th.

Electricity & lights:
Every stand should be accessible to electricity. If the electrical point is far away from your stand, please come to the KDF Reception Desk where we have a large number of extension leads for you to use. Please make sure you return these to the Reception Desk when you leave.

We also have a number of clip on spotlights available to hire for £2.50 per light. There is a £10/€10 deposit per light which is returned when you return the lights to us. We do only have a limited number of these lights so we advise you book them with the KDF office in advance. We are only able to offer a maximum of 2 lights per exhibitor.

Tablecloths
We also have a number of tablecloths available to borrow. These are mostly Dark blue damask style. We ask you book these in advance if you can. No deposit required.

Cardboard Steps for your stand (Risers)
NEW. We have acquired a number of cardboard, collapsable risers that can be used on your table to give a stepped effect. This will improve the look of your stand. We have a limited number of these for sale from £12.

Tea & Coffee for Exhibitors:
We have a FREE tea & coffee service for exhibitors throughout the show. The only refreshment point where you can make your own hot drinks during the show, is located in the main kitchen off the Ground Floor Foyer (next to Little House at the Priory stand) PLEASE NOTE: We no longer will have kettles, but you can use the boiling water taps that are installed.

We do not provide disposable cups, so either bring your own or you can buy a charity Mug from the KDF Reception desk for £4.

KDF Reception Desk
During the show we like to prioritise visitors to the Festival at the KDF Reception Desk. We have re-designed the entrance of the Show, so there will now be a separate part of the Reception Desk for Exhibitors. Whenever possible, please only use the Reception Desk between the following times:

Friday Evening: 19.30-21.30
Saturday: 08.15-11.00 . 16.00-17.00
Saturday: 08.30-10.00 . 14.00-16.00 . 17.30-19.30
